Addressing Invitations
$2.50 Outer and Inner Envelope White or Ecru
$3.50 Outer and Inner Envelope Lined or Colored Envelopes
Colored inks are a one time fee of $10.00.
You should have at least 20 extra envelopes for a job of 100-150 addresses. I do not make this many errors; however, should you need to add to your guest list I will have enough to complete your order.
When providing me your guest list, please type each address as it should appear on the outer envelope. I will copy it exactly as you have provided, so please make sure the information is spelled correctly and in proper invitation etiquette.
If you would also like me to address the inner envelope please provide this information as it should appear. You can e-mail or send your guest list with your envelopes.
The best way to type your list would be:

I will spell out street, drive, avenue, lane, apartment numbers, states, etc.
I spell out numbers between 1 and 99.

Place Cards
$.75 each – you provide the cards
$1.00 each – I provide the cards
Please provide a typed list of names with extra place cards. Also, please provide 20 extra place cards for a job of 100+ for errors and additions to your guest list.
Table Cards
$1.00 each (numbers on both sides) – you provide the cards*
$1.25 each (numbers on both sides) – I provide the cards*
Table Names
$2.00 each (table names on both sides) – you provide the cards*
$2.25 each (table names on both sides) – I provide the cards*
Certificates – fill-in only (names, dates, etc.)

Wedding Secretarial Services
I will stuff, stamp and mail your invitations for you.
$.50 per invitation plus the cost of stamps
I can help organize your response cards by contacting non responding guests to help you achieve a more accurate head count. Please provide each guests telephone numbers with your typed guest list.
$.50 per invitation for guests within the United States
$1.00 per invitation for international guests
